We serve residential and commercial properties in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, Orleans, Chatham, Brewster, Harwich, Dennis, Yarmouth, Hyannis, Centerville, Osterville, Cotuit, Mashpee, Falmouth, Bourne, Plymouth, Sagamore, Sandwich, and Barnstable.

2. Who can use this site

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site or enter into a service agreement with us. By using this site, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

4. Estimates, quotes, and services

We offer free estimates. An estimate we give you, whether in person or in writing, reflects the scope and conditions we can see at that time. It is not a final price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement before any work begins.

The scope of work, final price, payment schedule, timeline, and warranty for your job are all governed by your written service agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on installation. This warranty is written into every service agreement. It covers the quality of our installation work. It does not cover damage from misuse, flooding, structural movement, or materials we did not supply. Your service agreement will state the exact terms.

5. SMS and text messaging

We operate an SMS messaging program to communicate with you about your inquiry, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Proline Covering for those purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt into text messages to receive a free estimate or any service from us.

Message frequency varies depending on the status of your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text from us. To get help, reply HELP or call us at (774) 994-2704.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
