I can’t say enough about Nilson, Raisa and Proline Covering. They were very fast to respond and quickly communicated to line up a time to come and look at the work. They came within 36 hours after working a long day on another installation. We had purchased a solid, pre-finished, engineered floor for installation in our finished basement. It required both nailing/staple with glue assist. When others just responded back via text with a square foot install price, Nilson and Raisa were thorough with their measure and reviewing the appropriate preparation work required to ensure a great installation.The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor. Nilson and his team work hard and completed the job on time and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. The result is an absolute gorgeous floor, installed at a very competitive price and a very happy customer.
